Leather gloves are best suited for heavy material handling and general work  purposes. Types of styles range from leather palms (clute and  gunn cuts),
drivers (split and grain) and welders. Although cow leather  is the most commonly used, gloves are also made  with pigskin, deerskin  and goatskin.

COTTON

The breathability of cotton gloves makes them comfortable to wear while still providing heat and abrasion protection. Cotton gloves include both knit and woven fabrics. They are available with pvc dots for traction and with knitted strings. Cotton gloves are available in 8, 10 and 12 ounce weights. The lighter weight is ideal for inspection and general work purposes as they protect the product as well as the hand. The heavyweight gloves are appropriate for heat applications and heavy material handling.

Unsupported gloves provide a greater sense of touch and dexterity, while still offering chemical resistance. They can be lined with cotton flock to absorb perspiration and keep the hand cooler. The most common materials are latex, pvc, nitrile and neoprene. You should always consult a chemical resistance  chart to determine the best selection.

4 & 8 MIL Disposable Nitrile

Nitrile gloves, for Non-Medical use. Contains no natural rubber proteins. Pre-powdered, or un-powdered Textured, Ambidextrous and non-sterile. Single use only. Available in both 4 mil and 8 mil.
