HOW TO ORDER

  Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. If
  you are currently a customer with G.W.I.S ( Greenskeeper, Golden
  West Industrial Supply or Golden West Hose & Coupling ) you may
  continue to use the method already established for  your account.
  For new courses with established credit ,terms are net 30 days from
  date of shipment.

  Purchase orders are accepted from Government Agencies, and Golf
  Organizations. Open account billing can be established with a
  satisfactory Dun & Bradstreet rating. Government agencies, cities,
  states, counties and public schools are automatically approved. If
  you qualify to be automatically approved we will need you to fax or
  mail (see contact us) your first purchase order to us so we can assign
  an account number to your company.

1. Company or Course Name & Customer Number

2. Billing address

3. Shipping address (if different from billing address)

4. Description of item(s), including part #,  quantity, price
