Need to Return a product?
To return a product at Greenskeeper,
you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. This can be done by contacting our service department at
customer
service@greenskeeper
.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type
will be accepted without an RMA.
To request an RMA:

We'll need the following
information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item part number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general, Greenskeeper
accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers
within 30 days.
However, Greenskeeper
reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30
days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30
days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:
FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES
A FULL REFUND
ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT
REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for
all shipping charges back to Greenskeeper on returned items, and
Greenskeeper will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or
exchanged item(s). going back.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange,
replacement refund or credit at Greenskeeper
discretion. Please be aware that specific
manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
Items returned must be unused, in saleable
condition and in their unopened original packaging. All returns
are subject to a 10% re-stocking
fee in addition to return freight. Credit will not be issued for
damaged
items
Special order (non-stock) item(s) are
returnable within 14 days of invoice,
with a 25% re-stocking fee.
All return freight charges are to be paid by the customer.
Custom items are not returnable.
